Please note that customers may be limited to one refund per product ordered unless the product is defective. Repetitive refund requests may be denied. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Return Policy

  2. Include the RMA number with your return package.
  3. Return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Product Condition

  • Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days if returned in original condition.
  • Opened Products: May be eligible for refund or exchange at the company’s discretion.

Shipping Terms

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Orders are shipped in the quantity purchased, and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
